This is an installation that has gone ahead - reserved dates with Jamie and Mark to do 14th July. Have added 15% onto original cost as it has been 2 years since we last went. PM requested Marsh Ensign 25 pumped outlet with Tricel pumped panel. Please pick up some MDPE and straight connector from the office to take with you. Help is needed with the install before you can commission.

Leave old pump on site see details below: I have just paid the invoice for fitting of new sewer tank pump to Morrell Close Farm, Over Lane, Belper. As I mentioned on the phone, I will be away from next Tuesday for three weeks, but two properties are still using the tank whilst I’m away. The electric control panel is in an external box on the adjacent building about 5m away from the tank and there is a draw rope in the duct which can be used to pull the new pump cable through if needed so it won’t be necessary to go inside the building at all. The problem we have encountered is when the pump is activated it sometimes trips the mains power supply in the house and the pump does not seem as efficient as it was, so I have assumed a new pump is required. If there is still a problem after the new pump has been fitted, please rectify as required and leave the old pump on site so I can use this as a backup pump in the future. I would be grateful if you could arrange for the new pump to be fitted asap, please ring Jamie on 07970 698424 to confirm a time and date when this will be. Thank you.

Callout - Site have reported an issue with the pump station under the balcony - Unsure of further details

NS - Callout to system tripping - Mark was not on site but said he didn't want a tanker just an engineer ASAP - He thinks the motor might have flooded but isn't sure as this is what has happened before - There is also a pump station on site 26/06 - Customer requested tanker and jetter was only able to get a tanker same day - Please use jetter on van if needed
