Site visit following tanker advising tank is installed wrong way round

FOC F3 fault showing on the system over the weekend - They have guests in the property To access the property: There are two codes to enter this property. - To open the gate there is a padlock which is located on the fence (property side) padlock code is 2512. Please then locate the key safe on the left-hand side by the front gate (next to the lamp). The code is 1624.

Has intermittent HLA activating after service on 16th May. Every now and then the HLA alarms then goes off shortly after. Can hear the pump working and levels are down.

Service and to check pump - Pump is tripping electrics - Please make sure you have DOC 3 on van - booked for PM, tanker attending in the morning.

Return trip to high level alarm - Notes from DP&T Below: Customers just called to say the high-level alarm is sounding on this one. From looking through the report I can see the new pumps float wasn’t shorten and this could be why the alarm is sounding before the pump is activating. Could you let me know when an engineer could pop in to cable tie the float to the side of the pump?
