New site - service and callout to alarm not working

NS June 2025 Service/callout - the unit isn't making a noise, an electrician has been to site and everything is ok but they think there might be an issue with the system.

Booked for 8am Just to confirm the objectives for the system check: 1. Check if the current system meets current general binding rules 2. Check the size of the current system to ensure it is adequate for the property 3. Check if there is any surface water from the downpipes entering the system 4. Check the condition of the tank for crack/leaks/structural condition 5. If possible to check the outlet point, if this is to ground, we will check for any signs of leeching (indicates drainfield failure) 6. Provide a full report with photographs and any quotes should remedial works or replacement be required Call Kirsty whilst on site for de-brief to ensure she has all info to produce report

spoken to Donna, currently have a septic tank that has a discharge pipe that runs right across the farmers field and into the watercourse. The farmer has noticed pooling and has dug down and the pipe is broken. He has asked her to get this replaced but she know she needs to upgrade the system if she would like to sell in future. They are worried about money so may have to agree payment terms - their daughter is getting married so a lot of funds have gone there Would like a survey to assess what can be done, can they have self contained in their garden? Husband works from home on Wednesdays. 4-bed (3 bedrooms and one dressing room) They have had a new downstairs WC on the right hand side of the property The ST is on the left so there must be a pipe under the lawn somewhere Postcode not accurate and takes you off the main road but have circled this on the attachment

GSSC Service - Contract received 20/05 - Instructions upon arrival: If they buzz the gate upon arrival, I can open it remotely can they pls announce they are from MPC so I can let them in. There is an exit gate as well as an entrance gate, so get them to drive through gate and park on drive, the exit gates opens automatically as you drive towards it. Once through the gate the Klargester is to the right of the entrance gate behind a wooden fence/gate ill leave all unlocked for them.

Callout - strong sewage smell coming from unit and tennant has reported it is filling up. Longhurst PO ref: 723308

Callout - We attended on Monday, unit back in high level, please call service office to advise regarding tanker requirements. Previous report attached. Notes from previous visit - the sewage pump in the new build building keeps cutting out and is not working. Site have said they’ve changed the fuse but it keeps cutting out still.
