NS - Callout to compressor making a strange loud noise like it is stop/starting every second Tank was installed about 5 years ago - Never serviced but do have it emptied a lot

2 number Marsh pumps. The red light on the green box came on, on Sunday 9th March, i had the tank pumped out on the 10th and the man who did it said as it emptied the red light went off and the pumps kicked in. Not sure if this is a main fault but needs checking and a full service on the two pumps please.
