Will need to change the backwash frequency settings on the tank from 5 cycles to 4 cycles (knock off the 6am one); also, to visually inspect the tank/take some photos to see if anything out of the ordinary. There’s mention of samples being taken but as it will likely be Friday with no one to test the samples so its more important, we get some photos. They have recently desludged the tank on Thursday last week and then again yesterday which makes me thing there is something else going on!

he has a 25 year old Kingspan system that has been maintained by them ever since. He purchased the property 4 years ago. They had the belt and arm replaced in the last year and something about fitting the arm to the fibreglass frame?? There may be a problem with the outflow but he isn't sure. The system serves two properties, but the tank is in his land, next door have a pump station which lead into his. I think it is one where we need to view before quoting, Shaun is driving past there next friday so have offered for him to pop in
