You have advised that you require a basic survey which includes: - Carrying out an assessment of your current tank and discharge to advise if the system is compliant including x1 hour onsite - Report on compliance of your system - Report on condition of your system - Remedial options and costs if required - Dye test of all accessible downpipes/guttering at ground level Please note that the results may be inconclusive depending on the normal working levels within the tank, access to the outlet and access to the downpipes. If you have had any issues in the past with your unit, we would recommend that you have a desludge of the system at the time of our visit as a minimum. Please speak to us if you are not sure what level of survey is required.

Unit working on one pump - booked but no time given

Booked for arrival roughly 9.30-10.30 Callout to your off mains drainage system. We have an issue with the pumping station below again. I believe it’s the junction box tripping again but can’t be sure. Please can we arrange for an engineer to fix asap as the houses are all backing up now. I will arrange for one of my guys to meet on site and remove pump number 2 again. If you can let me know your earliest date I will arrange a tanker.
